Follow the submission guidelines below to help us accept, and post, your material. We cannot guarantee your submissions will be posted.

In order of format preference:

    •  Word Document as an e-mail attachment
    •  text in e-mail
    •  file on mailed disk
    •  (Word, MAC PageMaker, MAC Photoshop file, MAC Illustrator file, PDF files)

If provided with pre-printed material, we cannot guarantee it's use, and reserve the right to re-format and edit the material.

If sending images, make sure they are web-ready and include any fonts used (both print and screen versions).
